I don’t like racing games that much. Actually, I only have had one for my PS2, but I loved, and love it. It is WipEout. And I was happy to see that there is a lil’ brother for the iPhone.

So, if you are already familiar with WipEout, just stop reading and go for Phaze. If not, there is not a lot to explain. You control a space ship in an interstelar race. Just tilting your iPhone you can turn right or left, accelerate or even stop your machine. There are weapons to collect, and you can get more thrust driving through the right green paces. There are a lot of circuits and ships, and you can choose between single race and championship modus. By the way, you must win a couple of races in the championship modus to unlock more ships and circuits. Maybe the music can’t compare to that of WipEout, but it suits well to the game anyway.

All this said, I just like this game a lot. It costs a little bit more than the rest, but it is worth its price. Now, I must go a win a couple of races!
